Smile Just trying to start some chatter

I really love my Focus, it was a tough decision between the focus and the civic si. I love the focus for its overall comfort, and build. However I really wish more companies made more aftermarket parts for it, the car has a lot of potential, and we could be the next big car scene kind of like the honda scene. I know itll take time for the companies to make parts but im just hoping that they'll be a lot of new parts coming out in the upcoming years.

I find it usually takes about three years after a model change for some really good aftermarket parts to start showing up. Maybe we will get more aftermarket parts now that the Focus is a top seller in China.

My last car, a Pontiac G5, took two years after it was introduced to get even a aftermarket air filter.

Would be awesome to see the domestic small compact car market grow, seeing that it does so well in the UK and other european countries. My guess is the manufacturers don't see much of a following with the hatchbacks since they have their top sellers like Mustangs, Camaro's etc etc.. no real justification to tap in to the small block market.

But I do agree, there is much potential for the focus scene to grow BIG TIME!!!! Can see a little of the progress from the ST, all they need to do now is bring the RS to the country, we can really do some damage there!

look at the scene for the first gen foci, it's huge if you ask me. give it a few years, and more parts will come. right now though, there are great exhausts, intakes, tunes, etc all available. just not alot to choose from

I just hope well see lots of aftermarket options in the future. But at the same time itll make our cars more special if we have to custom fabricate things. I just want to see awesome cars!
