Rear License Plate Relocate

This is what im looking to do. I've worked with fiberglass alot but not at all with urethane. I know i cant use fiberglass to make this inlet due to the different rates of expansion.

What will I need, and any other advice would be great.

That looks nice and clean. Welding is fun, sanding bondo sucks but that is what it takes.
