Porting a intake manifold 2002 zx3

Does anyone have pics or instructions(or both) for porting the stock intake manifold to meet the 65mm throttle body I just purchased and would like to install... I found the sticky for porting a stock throttle body but not for the intake... Also is using a dremel to open it up really worth it?? I have a stock zetec with stock head with a short ram intake...I did just purchase the svt header, flex and hollowed out cat... Will buy a tuner soon... Just wanna start with the throttle body... Any suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated....

I would assume its like porting anything else. Place a gasket that matches the throttle body on the intake manifold and trace the inside to see where it needs to be enlarged. Then remove the excess material slowly.

Yea I figured as much... Just wanted to know how easy it was, was it worth it and I've heard there is a oil on the inside of the manifold that shouldn't be removed? The one article I found said to stuff wet rags in the intake to catch any shavings from the dremel... So what do h wet it with? Wouldn't this remove that oil?

Thanks iminhell.. def would be easier to install...I had also over heard if there was a lip where they meet... That it could cause turbulence in the intake... Which they say causes trouble with tuning??? Idk if this is the truth...

I just threw the FC 65 on mine, drove it for ~5 years and didn't give a ...
Didn't have any issues.
Decided to smooth everything out. Didn't make a lick of difference. Well maybe lost 0.01g of mass. Whoop-tee-doo.

If you'd have Tom/Randy tune the car and not tell them a thing about the intake, step or smooth, they'd not be able to tell the difference.
