How much money do you have to spend on something like this?

What are your goals and most importantly what is your budget?

Are you planing to run them wide open, with filters or with a plenum and intake?

I'm not sure that there are any plug and play kits but this thread has some links to a few different Zetec individual throttles. http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=321401

You'll also have to put aside approximately $1k for tuning.

If you are mechanically inclined you could save a little bit of money to use an SVT lower intake manifold with a set of used bike throttles. I have a set of GSX-R 46mm throttles mounted to an SVT intake that I am goign to try on my Zetec.

$2k is a good base for this. At least.

Why not a TopSpeed race manifold w/SVT upper manifold? Be like $700-800 total and you'll have dunno proven gains.
