CV Boot General

Hey guys,

I use my 2009 focus ses a bit for rally / mudding so she goes in quite a bit of water.

Any ways I was doing some undercarriage work and I noticed that my CV boots have a metal tube that goes between the two of them and one of the sides was detached. I connected the tube back in.

So kinda worried it possibly has some water in it . Any thing I should be concerned with? I was thinking about spraying some lithium grease in the ports.

Thanks ahead,
Scott

Pics if needed later, just at work this second.
