Question svt engine swap

What is up you all? I finally decided to keep the focus... anyways I found a svt engine for sale and i'm thinking about swaping my spi engine for the svt engine. I just got some questions. For me to do this 1st, what parts whould I need??
FORD FOCUS SVT ENGINE
6 SPEED TRANSMISSION
THROTTLE BODY TO OIL PAN
POWER STEERING PUMP
WATER PUMP
FUEL INJECTORS AND FUEL RAIL;
ENGINE WIRING HARNESS ECU AND AXLES.

Am I missing any parts? Also, where could I get my engine swap? Like I'm sure I could do at the at the Ford dealer, but, they probably jack the price up. Any suggestions on places.. or anyone know how to do this, and is willing to do this at a reasonable price?

Also, is getting this swap even a good idea to do? I have a 2002 sedan lx. Pretty crappy and stock. very stock. Anyways, suggestions would be useful. Thanks Guys!

if you're going to swap the engine for overall power in the end you should just go with the 2.3 duratec, it has more potential for power in the end, and thats probably not the kind of work a dealer is going to do, you would have to end up taking it somewhere else. but from what you have on that list if u do go with the svt engine and drive train you're still probably going to need to get a transaxle for the tranny.

The engine swap would probably end up costing you more than it's worth, unless you really want the sedan body style. You could most likely trade in your car and buy an SVT for less money.
