Oil leak near gearbox

First post here.

Quite newbie in the car mechanics as well.

What does this oil leak bring to your mind?

The car is a Ford Focus 2000 (1.6L manual) wagon. No modifications (as far as I know). Swedish version (or whatever version they sell in Sweden, maybe just European). 118000KM (75000 miles).

Motor oil level is normal.

Can't really see anything there...it will usually leak from somewhere where there's a seal, like at the axles. Whatever that black box is, it appears to be unique to the European model.

It looks like a cable shifting mechanism.

YouTube: How To Fix Sloppy Ford Focus Shifting - IB5 Transmission.
About 8:44 he puts a plastic cover back on.
The cables look similar at about 0:40 in the video.

Thanks a lot, on the same video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7I3eKIpfqs) at 1:41 on the bottom left of the box there seems to be a leak from the screw. Does anyone know what is there?
