As long as your TPMS are transferred over, or you reprogram to new TPMS units that are compatible, you will have no issues.

I bolted on Fusion 19" wheels, and didn't even have to reprogram the TPMS units, the car just KNEW.

;)

Sorry for reviving an older thread, but do you have pics of those wheels?

18's wheels will work just fine as long as you have the TPMS installed

If you switch from 16's to 18's will the mph still be accurate?

As long as the diameter of the wheel and tire is the same as stock.

There are many online calculators that you can use to determine the mph when changing tire sizes. This one is more detailed in that regard. Just put in your stock tire size and the size you will be using and select Compare tire A to tire B.

Basically, the taller the tire from stock, the slower the read of the speedometer and vice versa.

If you can think in terms off rollout, the length of road it takes for one full revolution of a tire, a taller tire results in a longer rollout. The speedometer calibration is for a smaller tire diameter, and as such will read a slower indicated speed than actual.

Generally speaking, when upgrading to larger diameter wheels, typically one wants to keep as close to actual speed as possible , so correct tire sizing is required.
