Focus electric front bumper

Ive been toying with the idea of switching my front bumper to the focus electric front bumper and was wondering how airflow for cooling would be affected. I was thinking that it should not be any different tn the standard bumper but I just need a second opinion about it.

Also I think the mounting brackets wuld be the same but I'm not sure on that e´ther.

It would be massively reduced given the fact that the center grille on the electric is just for decoration and is pretty much completely closed off. Unless you were to cut holes in the grille in the lower and upper portions of it.

You'd have an easier time converting to the ST front facia for a similar look but maintaining the fog lamps if your car already has them, of course if you don't have fog lamps the Electric facia eliminates the blanks.

Thanks for info. I was trying to avoid the st front bumper because I'm not for of it. I might just stay with the current setup of zetec s grilles

Focus Electric front Facia, and non grille. Only the lower opening is there to allow for air to come through to pass across the radiator.

Focus ST grille in the same Frosted Glass color on my old Focus SEL.

Focus ST grille on my Ingot Silver ST2.

The Focus electric front bumper looks like what Ford was trying to go with during the Fiesta redesign, and also the Fusion.
