Hub rings motegi mr116

So I've figured out the hub bore on the Motegi MR116 is 72.6 and I think the focus is 63.3 or 63.4, right? Would a ring of 63.36x73 work? Never put wheels on a car before, thanks guys.

63.4. I'm sure you could make it work.

Plastic or metal? I've seen mixed reviews, I do live in TN so there will be road salt to deal with and that was one complaint on aluminum ones. And if you have an opinion, have a good suggestion where to get some? I found some decent plastic ones from an overseas company, but would rather not buy overseas.
