Imagine the resale value of that Focus since it's sucks with low mileage ones.

I'm not concerned with resale value since I want to drive my car to the ground rather then worry about selling it. I think the video shows that the DCT can last beyond 100K, at least in that particular car's case.

According to KBB in my area (rust belt) in good condition the trade is still over $6000. Selling as private party you could ask almost $8000.

I want to see the carfax lol. As we all know, sometimes you get a car that was built perfectly, the machined parts lined up perfectly, and the guy was not hammered on the assembly line. :)

I don't think expecting a 100k out of the DCT is impressive since old school autos go routinely for 300k miles. For my money I expect my manual to be trouble free past 200k.

I guess we'll find out how far into the ground a Focus, with a few examples out there with a lot of miles, can be driven into which hopefully is fairly deep.

Looks like the coolant was a little bit low in that vid.

Manuals and me never last. Hence Autos. How many clutches you think you will need to replace?

Unless you spend alot of time in stop-and-go driving a manual tranny and clutch should last to 200,000 miles easy. If, OTH, you drive in stop-and-go frequently or you have poor clutch technique you would be better of with a torque converter based auto or a hybrid -- the DCT is not real good when it requires frequent stop-and-go -- neither is the mileage...
