I just made an appointment at DORAL LINCOLN. Believe it or not they are closer to my job. I explained I require software updates that need to be completed and they said they will assist. Cross your fingers. I am even going to get a loaner I believe.

to be quite honest, to be able to remember every feature of a car is very hard to do, so I can see if people dont know about auto up on all SEL+ foci. My sister in law loves fords and foci and sells them daily, and she didn't even know my car did it, Nor did I until a forum member told me. Also no offense but Miami in general people aren't concerned about customer service, not a single human seems to care about anything but themselves there. The more north you go the better the service Ive noticed. It isnt only at ford dealers

It equates to poor training, nothing more and nothing less. When you do a master reset, firmware/software update most, if not all, functions will be erased. I expect, no demand, that all the factory setting and options that came preset are functional. Period.

My car is now at the dealership. My MFT froze right in the service write-up area. The Service Advisor knew about the MFT update being rolled out this summer and knew about the 3.5 version I have in my system. SO this is promising that they are trained. I knew about them and would have said something if he did not. Again, promising.

I told him about the IPS and he knew about that TSB. Promising. Because my original dealership lacks!

I would too and good for you for making them actually put it back, I always fix the windows myself because the dealer just isn't bright and its more of a hassle to drive it back, my dealer wont touch a car without a stupid right up, cant take what is like 30 seconds to re sync windows

Well I am back. OUTSTANDING!!! Good Job Doral Lincoln

Car was updated to new screen in dash :) Hopefully that fixes the issue that just happened recently. Did a master reset. I am scheduled for the new MFT update coming out. Auto message when available.

OKAY NOW HERE IS THE KICKER!!!!

I received a call from an employee at Midway Ford an hour ago. I guess FORD contacted them regarding my dissatisfaction. KUDOS to FORD :) They really listen!!!!

Midway offered to give me 24 months or 45,000 miles the "Works" Oil Change, Fluids, Tire Rotation. Come on, I cannot be brought for oil changes and politely explained that and declined. I also explained I will never bring my commercial or personal vehicles to them EVER. I should not have to feel like I am doing them a favor giving them my business.

If they offered 6 years 100,000 Prem Care ESP plan maybe, Then I would be covered by a reputable plan lol :)

Good to hear it all got taken care of for you eventually and you found a more reliable service dept. Man I like the new ICP screen. I really want it. I don't have the issue that the TSB states but I have to go in for an inspection in Aug and am going to see if they would be willing to do it anyway. The service dept at my dealership is really good about things like that.

Grats on finally getting satisfaction!
