je pistons and eagle rods

hello guys..sorrying for bothering and posting so much but its my first svtf
long story short i need new pistons new from ford they quoted me 260 ea. so i found eagle rods and je pistons to put in instead of stock link below
http://focus.c-f-m.com/jepistonswith...vtst170-2.aspx
i want to go with the 85mm bore that crate 11:1 ratio im not 100% sure what to do besides bore they cylinders, and get a tune which idk if they can even do on a fresh motor... if i have to do anything else please let me know besides a tune and bore it to 85mm..... just throwing forged in because it will be about the same price (maybe a little more becuase of bore and tune) if im not having to do much.
thanks guys
