how to hook up waste gate, BOV, boost gauge and a boost controller???

hopefully this easier than it looks. This is my first turbo install and I have no idea on how to run the vac lines

the xios kit I got came used and the last owner switched it to a blow through set up and added the BOV and boost controller

so to start here are some pics

the one with the brass nut for the boost guage needs to be tapped into the intake manifold right??? if so where does it go or whats the easiest spot to tap into

the one on the top right should go to my waste gate and the cold side housing of the turbo per the instructions I have got for hooking up the turbo kit but does anything else get connected to it? seen in this pic

as for the boost controller and the last hoses I have no idea how to hook them up

the only other place I have to run a line is too the BOV does it go there and another into the IM?

i assume it goes there?

and last but not least after going over my boost controller I noticed it has a tiny hole in it, is it supposed to be there?

thanks for any help or advice you can give me

is that a manual boost controller? if so im not to familiar with them. but the way I ran mine was the com port needs a vacuum source like a line teed off the intake manifold. the bov vac goes to the manifold as well. and wastegate ports depends on how you run your sytem. either with boost controller or just spring pressure. spring pressure u leave the top port vented to atmosphere and bottom goes to the intake. if using the boost controller have the top port go to the NO side of the controller

I wouldnt use the fitting on the turbo , I would plug that one and get boost reference from the intake manifold

is there an IDEAL line to tap into on the IM? the brass fitting screws onto my boost gauge inside of the car

so a far as other lines hook one to the cold side of the turbo then run that to the MBC tee off of that line that gets hooked to the waste gate? and run the other from the BOV?

Check this page.. http://www.tmaturbo.com/installation.htm

Pull all boost/vac references from your IM. IF you have to run a T fitting from the IM. I actually used a Jay Racing manifold. That way you only have one tap into your IM and you can use this for all teh boost references you need. http://www.jayracing.com/vacuum-mani...ck-p-4023.html

I dont see where you are getting your boost/vac ref from. Where are you tapped into IM or line going to IM? I looked at all my old pictures and cannot for the life of me remember what I did before I switched to the Jay Racing IM.

No you did it right. There will be vacuum until the turbo supplies boost. one thing ill suggest though is a dedicated vacuum line for your blow off valve. just my 2 cents
