As long as it says SVT or Zetec it should fit without any problems. There are several headers out there available for the Zetec motor, but you have to figure out which one will fit you best. There are shorty headers, which are worthless in the bang for the buck scenario. There are also several long tube headers out there which either eliminate or remove the catalytic converter all together. FSwerks sells one that is decent but is made of mild steel which will rust out over a period of time. There are several to be found on Ebay as well, but it's a buyer beware on that one. I think OBX is the top one that is sold on Ebay. But with the lower price you should come to expect a few problems here and there, mostly with the fitment of the header. I would recommend getting a tune with any header but most of these it is not really necessary. But the header that most people go for and is proven to provide the most bang for the buck would be the Ford Racing/SVT header. You can buy them used here on the site from people parting out SVT's. They can probably also get you the header, dipstick & tube, flex pipe and cat to make the kit complete. But with this header, I would definitely recommend getting a tune on it. There have been some people leaning out really bad at wide open throttle with these headers and no tune to adjust it. All in all, what you buy is essentially your choice. But just do your homework before diving into something that you may regret.
