how many coats did you put down? it looks thin. also did you rim your tail lights too? or is that painted black on the inside?

if you get some Gunmetal, silver metalizer in a spray cand and a couple Glossifier cans you can give it a carbon fiber look.

early dip process

I emptied two full cans on it, so I'm not sure how many coats lol.. and yea, With just some night shade and masking tape. I like that carbon fiber look, just the whole trunk as that? I don't know how it'd look..

Also, I didn't say this, but I like your colours, especially with the black rims, the Red stripe does a nice job of breaking it up too

Thank you. 2 cans would probably be perfect. The carbon fiber look I was actually thinking do the trunk and the hood. Make people look twice?

The red stripe came cause the two colors just really needed a break. When I put the test stripe on the fender I knew it had to go on.
I am gonna have to get a can of night shades. And do that with my tail lights I like that.

I know its hard to tell, but the center part on my tail lights are supposed to be "smoked" but it was so bright they look just clear red. But it gives it that dark look with out being illegal

When I look closer I can see it just barely but it does cut the sharpness of the red light.

It sure beats looking for the dark smoke tail lights online. I like the darker look. Specially on the white that the car is originally. I storm trooped all I could but it got old.

I am thinking about anthraciting the wheels with dip but I will eventually do more of the car in that color too. So maybe not
