So i got rear ended on fri the 19th i have been driving my car around just because i have no other way to get around whenever i shift or when im slowing down and i downshift my car jerks really really hard i almost hit my head on the steering wheel a couple of times. I looked under the car and the bottom enigne mount is cracked but not broken just wundering if it could be my trany or the engine mount.

Could be alot of things when you are talking about an accident. First thing I would do is STOP driving the car. You could actually be causing more damage to the car mechanically that might not be repaired on the insurance claim.

I only drive like 4 miles mon-fri. And i missed out on work cause the doctor thinks one of my disks might be cracked.

Damn so i called the insurance companie yesterday and they cant get ahold of the guy that rear ended me so i went to see if his addy was correct the one he gave me and i guess he went back to his coutry Mexico. So im stuck with paying 500$ bill but we are going to sue his insurance companie if he is still insured and they dont cover it.
