Will these tires fit if so should I pick them up...?

About to hit 27k miles on my 2013 Focus ST and its time to get new tires...

A co-worker wants to sell a set of Yokohama Advan a13c 245/40/r18 sized tires for $200. They are practically brand new, maybe 500 miles on them. I am curious if this size tire will fit on the stock rim and not cause me any troubles? My assumption is that yes indeed it will and I wont encounter any issues but I just want to make sure before handing over the $$$.

Regardless of this I am interested how many miles everyone else got out of their stock Goodyear f1's? And what did you replace them with?

Thanks for any assistance!

Thanks! Exactly what I was hoping for. I just handed over the cash just have to get them installed now. Based on reviews I don't expect these to last too long but for $200 seems like too good a deal to pass on.
