Mass Air Flow sensor, if you go to the auto parts store they should have a Mass Airflow Cleaner there. It's specifically made to clean the MAF, other cleaners can be too harsh or leave a residue which can damage the sensor.

Thanks I did that tonight, and got a can of CRC Throttle Body cleaner just to give it a quick clean up. I had to order a gasket for the body just in case and hopefully Thursday morning I can do it.
