2012 Front Spring Change

Trying to figure out how to access the shock tower. Do you guys remove the windshield wipers to remove that plastic cowl, or did you just work around it?

How do you remove the wiper arm?

For those that care a bearing puller did the trick. Suckers are on there. I heard a pop I thought I broke it.
