Jesus. Four new cars in < 2 years? That's well over $60k. Are you a drug lord?

But seriously, I hope there isn't an inherent design flaw in the DCT, otherwise you're screwed! For what it's worth, my noises started at ~22k miles.

If he purchased all 3 up front... We need to get on board with what he's doing

The 12 SE was 22K, the 12 Ti was 27K, the 13 SE was 23K and the 13 escape Ti was 35K so ~107K in vehicles
I work at a steel mill as an electrician. Actually the 12 SE belongs to my 23 yo daughter, but I did give her 10K to put down so her payment is nice and low. Also the 13 SE I got for my 15 yo is a lease.

BTW I traded a 11 fusion SEL loaded for the escape and it was 29K when I bought it. So if you count that, I've had 136K in vehicles is the last 2.5 years.

Do you homework online, you should be able to get at least invoice on the car - incentives. The Focus is great...6K on mine and no issues...but I got the manual!
Manual ftw!

(Granted, the 2013 Mazda3 and Civic currently have zero powertrain complaints )

In 2013, the "STOP SAFELY NOW" issue with the Focus Electric seems to be pretty common.

Going on ten plus years owning Focuses I've always been very satisfied. The MK3 is definitely the best built focus ever, hopefully they handle the DCT issues but I'm very happy I choosed a 5 speed SE sedan with the 201A package.
