Holset hx35 smoking

Ok I had some problems with my drain line my car use to smoke alittle after sitting down in the traffic and what not, my drain line it was 10an now I change the drain line to 12an cause it got worst but it only smokes some times not at all the time, I took out the turbo it was a pita lol and I found out that the bolts that connects the exhaust housing weren't that tight could that be te problem?or should I rebuild the turbo ? No shaft play was found and no oil in the charge pipe thanks for all your opinions

No one? Lol never mind guy I just rebuild the turbo but I broke the banjo of the feed line :( have to get another one :(

The only times I had problem with my HX35 was:
-1 when I was still using stock 5/20 oil!
-2 bad size feed restriction
-3 feed problem lol
those turbos are tank
they use more oil than ball bearing, so more oil grade sensitive but still bullet proof.
And they are so easy to rebuilt (except the hot side seal ring that can be a pita)

What is the ideal oil grade to use?my problem was the drain line now I have a 12an lol it was really easy to rebuild, the only thing that was a pita was the clip that holds the inlet turbine :/

And mine it fully spools like @ 4k ish is not fully tune

my car smokes when running for a while, cant trace it thou, seems to be from the radiator and blowing out my fenders when fan kicks on lol

I just fix the feed line issue and no smoke @all :) what's the break in period on turbos? 1k miles? 1.5k?

No break in, just run it around for 20-30 miles and go over all the bolts again and check for leaks then let her eat.
