How you like the cfm rmm?

Very affordable piece with very positive results. Minimal vibrations at idle while still reducing a large percentage of the flex. It's a happy medium between the Cobb and stock. It all depends on what your plans are. If you want all out performance/handling and are willing to sacrifice a little creature comforts with the stiffer Cobb mount go with that, it's definitely the better piece. I felt the cfm rmm would be enough for what my expectations were with the car.

Well said, I went with the Cobb because I plan on a highly moddded motor. (maybe turbo even? ) But if you simply want to improve on what you already have save your money and get the cfm

My 2009 has this and has since they replaced the throttle body last year. in gear (automatic) on the brake (foot pedal). Idles around 600-650 and vibrates (smoothed out some going to copper plugs)

Second thing I noticed is that I started getting 37-38mpg instead of 30-33mpg.

and yeah, even just 30rpm higher and it goes away completely. Such as when you turn the A/C on, the vibration is just completely gone.

Before they replaced it the car idled around 700-800 depending and always did and there was no vibration, but the throttle body started acting up right before the warranty was up. The idle fluctuation became 400-600 RPMS instead of the usuall 100-200 and it was almost dying when it would bounce down low and then wanting to take off on you when it would bounce high. TSB for it. so they replaced it right before the warranty was up.

My guess is the mpg and the low /rough idle might somehow be related.

The CFM mount is the electric Focus mount. There are plenty of positive comments about it. It's cheaper to buy the mount from Ford than from CFM.

The mount at the link below is the electric Focus mount. I am certain.
