16x8 for auto cross/ track use

well like the title states i'm attempting to locate a decent set of wheels for autocross and track use. i'm wanting a 16" wheels for lighter weight and lower tire costs when it cones to track rubber. 8" wide so i have another full inch of contact patch all the way around. i plan on running squared up or slightly stretched tires (nothing insane) on these wheels. problem is i'm havign a hard time finding focus friendly wheels that will aloow me to keep my bodywork mostly stock . and not ahve to roll my fenders.

15's don't look goofy. real enthusiast will recognize that you are trying to minimize weight, and other will be impressed by the added tire width.

all of my race wheels are 15"

also there is better tire choice at 15" and they're cheaper.

i would go with 15x8" team dynamics 1.2. http://www.rimstock.co.uk/wheeldetail.php?ProRace1.2

get it through Chalon at Pefect CIrcle Autosport. http://pc-autosport.com/ he's a Focus owner.

I second Team Dynamics. Only thing with ordering through Perfect Circle Autosports is that if they don't have what you're looking for in stock you'll have to wait 12 weeks.
