Need new rim.

Getting my tire replaced they found the rim had been cracked and welded for repair and wouldn't put a tire on it saying it was unsafe. Looking for a new rim, 215/45-17 on a 2010 Ford Focus SES. This is basically my car so looking for this style.

I'm not sure if the colors are exactly the same, but if you look on tirerack.com, the Ford Racing European Appearance Package wheels are the same design. People also tend to sell these wheels a lot; check the B-S-T section.

both the ralleye wheels and the svt euro package wheels seem to be the same 15 spoke wheels. fordracingparts.com > focus > scroll down and you'll find em. not the same color, but that means you just gotta paint em all to one color!

OK, looks to be this one http://fordracingparts.com/parts/par...KeyField=12282 don't think it's the SVT one as the SVT doesn't support TPMS and my car has TPMS.

I also want to know if using a repaired rim is actually unsafe. I was a relatively small weld on the inner part to fix what I assume was a crack. I have never had an issue in just over 2 years with the car and it doesn't leak. If it's ok I will just stick with what I have.

Also, if I do buy an new wheel, can you switch the center logo in them, want them all to match.

Moved it for ya bose301s.

Luck!

P.S. - there have been a few in that pattern with different colors, finding the "right" one would be good so the paint caleb mentioned won't be needed. Wheels CAN be repaired, there are a few firms that advertise nationally - not as commonly done on "cheaper" wheels like ours. Tire shops are understandably paranoid about liability, so an unknown repair could worry them.
