Question On Replacement Rocker Panels

After my previous post regarding my rocker panels, I've decided the best route to go is to have my old rocker panels cut off and new replacement panels welded on. What I DON'T want are replacement panels that slip over the old one's, nor do I want side skirts. I keep seeing this website called Andy's Auto Sport that has them really cheap ($30 each) but, from the photos, and from never having done this project before, I'm unsure if the one's I found on this website are are the actual replacement panels or the the one's that slip over the old one's. Can anyone take a look at the two panels I found there (passenger and driver's side) and tell me which one's these are? Also, I am looking for FULL panels...not half repair panels.

Passenger Side is here: http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/2...t00001842.html

and Driver's Side is here: http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/2...t00001841.html

Actually, not sure how to delete this thread. I just called Andy's...not sure why I didn't think of that beforehand, my apologies, and found out that these ARE the weld on one's. If anyone is looking for the full panels for a 2001 4-door sedan, these are the one's you need. Ask Andy's if they can work out the shipping. They were going to charge me more for the shipping than the panels cost and they worked out of deal for me.

No need to delete, this is useful information to leave on here.

I'm afraid it's only a matter of time B4 I need panels myself, "bubbles" have just started to show on the driver's side (grumble) and with it looking quite good underneath still!
