JacksonRacing supercharger on Zetec 2.0: problems

Hi to all from Siberia!
My friend just have bought a Focus wuth JacksonRacing supercharger with engine problems. After replacing the engine with the same another one, we have some problems:
1) black smoke from exhaust
2) explosions in exhaust when engine is hot

So I have several questions:
1) Can we use stock MAF there? (our is dead)
2) What kind of spark slugs should we use? Does Denso ITV22 fit?

Sorry for bad and poor english, I haven't got any language practice for a long time

And some pics of our Focus, may be someone recognize his car in this black fury :)

Yes use the stock MAF

I would use the Ford Motocrafts SP463 plugs gapped at about .040 to start

What tune do you have on this car ? If you dont have a tune on it I would not drive it any further

Tom

Not sure about ECU tuning, but this car dove by its wheels across all of russia from Poland to Siberia and here stock engine became dead. But I suppose that ECU is the same as it was in USA and I hope that ECU tuning isn't needed....

We don't have a lot of information about this car, it was in really bad hands here in russia.

And as for gap-is it in inches?

These are hoses to oil cooler. It's detached now to have an ability to tow the car.
