Zetec Turbo Help

hey guys i need some help deciding what to throw into my car, i want a turbo but im not sure if i should buy a new engine and throw some performance parts in it and push more boost, or just run it on the stock motor with around 5-6 pounds, iv got 140,000 miles on her and she runs strong, i just dont want to blow my motor because i didnt do the right upgrades, just need some opinions and a link so some parts that are reliable and what i need for a DAILY not a racecar, thanks

10-12 psi through a small t3 turbo.. super60 or so will get you in the 200-220whp range and if your engine is in good condition and you have a good tune you will be fine.
