280-ish hp daily driver zetec build

i want to build up my zetec all i am currently running is a cold-air intake and a mf 2.5" exhaust and soon ill have an sct tune.

i am planning to go turbo and im going to be using a rebuilt t3 garrett off of a nineth gen t bird. i am basing my build off of toms diy, but simply doing the piping myself.
info ive found on turbo specs: 60-trim Garrett T3 turbo with .60 a/r compressor and .63 a/r turbine housings

i will upgrade my internals with eagle rods and je pistons to withstand boost as well as an lsd, 2000 intake manifold, and pcv delete.

what do i need beyond toms kit to get to my goal of around 280 hp (260-300 range) with the turbo listed to keep it a safe daily driver?

recommendations on:
pump?
clutch?
intercooler size? (looking at spec d for cost)
bov?
boost controller?
waist gate?

what am i missing?
working on a college budget so may be a while before i post updates.

pump?
All the oil pumps are the same SVT and ZX3

clutch?
I would do the Clutch Masters stg4

intercooler size? (looking at spec d for cost)
I would do a 28x8x2.5 or 3 inch with 2.5 openings

bov?
Low budget 40.00 greddy knock off

boost controller?
not needed unless you going for more then 280-300hp to the wheels

waist gate?
I like the Turbonetics EVO

Tom
