5 bolt conversion?

Has anyone ever attempted a 5 bolt comversion on a focus it can't be that hard can it like the mazda 3 come 5 bolt how much modification will it take to make work if hondas can do it why can't we

Basically to pull it off you're have to find a central hub with a 5 bolt lug pattern that also has the same drive shaft spline pattern as the Focus, or have a custom central hub machined and fabricated for you.

Did the Contour come with a 5-lug pattern? If so, would that be the closest thing without going custom? Replacing the hub would be easy as long as nothign was totally rusted together.You would/should have more aftermarket wheel choices with a 5 lug pattern too.

Hey man, are you still hacking on this? do you have any info you could share. I'm having a horrible time finding wheels that fir over 4 pot calipers.
