What else do I need?!

I'm putting together an SVT conversion kit for my '10 SE. I need to know what else I'm going to need.

Here's what I have:
Rear SVT calipers
Front and rear Russell SS lines
Speed Bleeders
SVT caliper brackets

And what I have on the way:
Front and rear Hawks HPS pads
Front and rear Centrics Rotors
Front SVT Calipers
EBC Hi-Temp fluid

I know I need the rear spindles/hubs, and am currently trying to find the least expensive place to get them.

Also, for the e-brake cable. Do I need the ones that go left and right off the equalizer, or do I need the whole thing from the handle back?

As well as anything else I am missing.

Thanks in advance,
PowerFocer

See step 11 of the rear brake install.

You can get a decent look at the parking brake cable here:

Unless its different with the 08+ focus, you do not need the cable from the handle back. Just the one pictured JKane's for sale thread.

Per the PDF i linked to the part number is 1M5Z-2A603-AB and its $56 from my local Ford and $47 from Village Ford.
