There is a reason why the number one selling mounts utilize a vertical bushing

Or at least a cylindrical bushings which distributes the load across the plain.
The manufacturer doesn't share your sentiments.

I've yet to read a poor review regarding their mounts, and they have many similar mounts available for different vehicles.

Well of course they don't share my sentiments..... they're trying to sell these things.

That's great that they provide a similar mount to different platforms... doesn't mean I have to like it.

I showed examples of 2 different designs that I believe are superior.

You saw it cuz I tapped it

We are not a vendor here yet, however hopefully we will be soon.

We do not have a mount available yet for this engine. However if we did it would utilize our unique, only available from us, square bushing design. It not only limited up and down, side to side movement, it also limits twisting motion. The motor will go no where :)

We have used this bushing in 1,000's of mounts over the last 5+ years, and never once had any fail or wear out. It is the ultimate motion control for upper engine mounts. We have on another platform Cobalt members with over 400 HP, and 100,000 miles on them; they function just as they were when it was first installed.

Round bushings and pins do not stop movement all these directions; ours does.

Mounts are all powder coated to each customers request, so you can specifically have one to your desire :)

That is all for now, nothing to sell, but hopefully if we get enough interst we can become part of the family here.

Are you referring to our mount on the ST being loaded in a weird direction? Or the first picture in your post with a round bushing loaded downward? The round bushing/first pic IMO does not look durable, but we don't know the design so we cannot say for sure. Loading a bushing that way is very stressful on the bushing.

Our bushing is loaded perfectly flat to the world once installed...

Please explain, thanks.

Hey Turbo tech, glad to see you guys looking at the focus platform, I ran a few of your parts on my Ion. I know you mentioned that you have not made a mount yet, but do you have an idea of what the nvh would be when run with a stiffer rmm? I have Steeda's with an 88 durometer inserts, just don't want the car to vibe to harsh.

Look forward to working with your company again. :D

Hope to have the price similar or a bit less than the ST one.

Vibes are basically non existent after about 1000 miles of use. That it what everyone loves about these. No to very reduced wheel hop, awesome motion control, little to no added vibes, plus they look great!
