Unhappy Replacing subframe! Any advise?

So I heard a loud bang from the rear of my wonderful ZX3 this mourning thought "What the crap was that!" then the noise kept randomly happening, so I jack up the car a crawled under and found this.

Any advice, I know I can handle it but I am trying to plan this out. Hate breaking something and then having to wait for a new part while the car is in pieces. I've got spring waiting to go in so I guess its time to get the shocks, maybe new sway bar.

I would probably at least plan to replace the bolts with the frame based on the amount of rust. I would plan that every bolt you have to remove will need to be replaced. You can always return the ones that you don't end up having to use.

i would go around to some wreckers and see if any of the cars they have end up having a decent subframe. its held in by 6 bolts for the subframe, then 4 for the trailing arms. disconnect brake lines/wires, one exhaust hanger and the black box in the middle which i think is a charcoal canister or something for the gas tank. put a jack in the middle and lower it out of the car.

This is one thing I was thinking about, I was gonna get a list of all bolts and probly replace them all. I'd hate to reuse crappy bolts, have to wait on bolts I didn't order that broke, etc.
