From the factory yes it's only available on the hatch due to the rear valance, however the front and side skirts will all work on a sedan as well.

It was an $995 msrp option package on the SE and Ti hatches.

Of course it is Hatch only. If Ford actually made a proper hatch I would have gotten one. Anyways I will go the 3DCarbon route whenever I am ready.

That's not a hatchback. That's more of a fastback. And that's not a Mazda hatchback either.

That's a pretty poor example, the Mondeo is a Sedan with the trunk welded into the rear window frame and the entire frame lifting off the back. The focus is a proper hatchback and not a lift back or fastback body style.
