2012 Focus MFT/ iPhone 5 connection issue

I have a 2012 titanium w/ MFT and an IPhone 5 running 6.1.4 that was has been working fine in the past, I lost my Bluetooth connection and have not been able to reestablish it.

when I turn on the iPhone's Bluetooth I do not see Sync showing up in my phone. I have rebooted the phone to no avail.

Also when I go "add new phone in the MFT interface it displays a code to enter for just a second and then a message displays " no device added"

Does this sound like the Bluetooth module in the car is dead? is there a way to reset it?

thanks in advance for any insight to this issue

in your owners manual, find the section on "Fuses". Locate the fuses for the Radio and for Sync in the Fuse Box located behind the glove box. Remove both fuses for 30 seconds and then reinstall and then start your car up and retry your functions.

Or get delayedreboot.cab and put on an USB and leave it in your car for times like these.
