I have heard of people who went the prothane route having problems with them popping out. Any truth to that? To the OP, the auto trans (ATX) will rob you of some of that power, obviously. So you can expect lower power numbers to the wheels and lower elapsed times at the track than what I quoted above. I would probably skip the IM, even with cams, because you need the low end torque. My opinion.

Got a source for that? I researched the hell out of bushings before I purchased and I dont remember seeing anything about the prothanes coming out.

I don't recall. Something about the lip not being sufficient to hold it in place. The guy may have not installed it correctly. If you have one and it works, you're experience is good enough for me. Myth busted. Lol.

Like Streetfocus said above, pass on the cossie I/M, there are a lot of other things you can do w/ the cost of that manifold. Try a set of cranes #224-0010. Add a header & for sure your looking at adding 1 if not 2 mufflers w/ your order. Get a stealth muffler at least.

if you're talking the lower tranny mount, after i put mine in on my ATX fofo after a couple days the shaking stopped and its almost indistinguishable from stock, unless the AC kicks in then it shakes a bit but thats just nitpicking.

I will let you know how mine turns out. I sold my other one and I have one at my powdercoater's right now. IIRC, the prothanes have no lip at all. Pressing them in though, I cant imagine how they would ever come out.

I run a magnaflow magnapack right after my flexpipe and that feeds a magnaflow muffer. Once I get my tune dialed in a bit, I will take a video. Its a fairly deep rumble at idle and loud ...real loud at WOT.
