I would strongly recommend adding at least one muffer if you are going to add a header. A header with a straight pipe straight out is going to sound disgusting.

I dont understand your question either. You want to know where you stand stock vs the mods you have done....HP wise? Torque wise? 1/4 wise? 0-60? What, exactly are you asking here? DO you know how much HP you were making stock?

If this is, indeed, a HP question....with your CAI, UDPs, and muffler delete....you probably picked up 6-10hp at the wheels. WIth a tune and header, you will probably pick up 8-10hp at the wheels.

Auto or manual? Others with the usual bolt ons have dyno'd (dynoed? dynod? Lol) around 135 hp / tq at the wheels. Should be good for 10 flat or better in the 1/8th and a mid 15 in the 1/4 mile.

After i install lower motor mount from fs werks header get sct and install the udp's the only other external bolt on is the cosworth im is it worth the fortune if im planning on adding cams later? What brand cams are available for my car?

Once you get the CAI, Header and Exhaust (2.5in or 3in recommended) in place, getting it tuned with an XCalIII will give you noticeable pickup.

I also agree that you should have at least one muffler or resonator in place with a header.

dont waste your money with a lower motor mount. If you have a vice at your home, just buy the prothane bushings, press out the old bushings, and press in the prothanes. It will cost you less than $30. Mind you, you wont have that pretty piece of billet under there....but do you really need that?
