PB 2013 ST has arrived!

I have 2 weeks left of this deployment, and then I get to drive it myself. For now, my wife gets to enjoy it! What do you think?

If anyone wants to follow me on hipstergram my username is eric_welsh123. lol My wife is very skeptical about putting on mods right now with the warranty no matter how much I assure her it will be alright. So, she wants to wait 2 more years until we are back in the USA to do mods. I will save up my $$ and when I do go back to the states in 2 years, it will be a heavily modded beast! I will at least do window tint while I am in Germany though.

i'm just gonna leave this here.. show her

WILL MODIFYING YOUR NEW VEHICLE WITH AFTERMARKET PARTS VOID YOUR WARRANTY?

wE have encountered this question time and time again over the years and the answer simply is NO. This is why:

Under the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975, an automotive dealership/carmaker cannot void your warranty because your vehicle has been modified with aftermarket parts. They (the manufacturers) have to prove that the failure was the direct result of the installed aftermarket part.

Unfortunately, too many people have gone to a dealer to have warranty service performed on their modified vehicle only to have the dealer refuse to cover the defective items. The dealer usually states, that because of the aftermarket parts installed, the warranty is void (without even attempting to determine whether or not the aftermarket part caused the problem). THIS IS ILLEGAL...PERIOD.

Case in point; don't let dealers bully you around because you modified your vehicle, and do not let an existing warranty scare you away from performing modifications.

We at Tintmasters would be happy to stand by your side in the event a dealership tried to take away your warranty unlawfully, and help you fight for what is rightfully yours.

taken from a local tint/audio/etc shop's FB. it is legit, too.

I think that after two weeks you might have trouble getting her to give it up and not tell you to go get your own. Hope that works out OK.

Probably two weeks won't be long enough to get enough miles on it to be autobahn ready by the time you get to drive it, but that should be fun when you do get it broken in. Thought you might enjoy this:

It will sure be nice if you get some time off to enjoy driving it over there before your next assignment. And thanks to both of you for what you do.
