The FC throttle bodies are now at least 8 years old. SO I don't doubt that the seals have shrunk.
If you have the ability and time, disassemble one and source new bearing and seal. I can't see that they'd be too difficult to find. Quite sure they are off the shelf parts and not custom stuff.

quite possible. well I did some wot pulls last nigh, car felt better. little jerky during cruising, not sure if there is still a leak or not. during driving I can hear a tiny air like whistle coming from my car, I wish I could record that

there must not be a leak or if it is its pinhole size because now the idle is damn near perfect

i ran the same tb for years with no problem, plastic 2k IM and 27psi of boost. it had to just be a bad seal on the IM or a seal that has just wore out.
