I can't give you a price yet because of the pending group buy and approval from Tom. But I can promise you that it will be more than competitive to ANY projector out there for the Mk3, from ANY source.

Do you know what kind of projectors lenses these headlights are using? I am definitely interested in these, i have a focus st3, and the hid's are horrible. They use a 25 watt system (D8S) bulb which produce less light than a 35 watt system would. I would rather buy a new set of headlights than tap into my wiring to convert to a 35 watt system.

I'm running a 35w ballast in mine with 6000k H7 bulbs. The light output is really pretty decent. There is no tapping into any wiring system in order to run them, simply plugging a harness into the current wiring harness is all that is required.

Depending on what the price comes out to be for the group buy, then I may be interested. I definitely want to get these HID's out of my stock headlights.

I don't know how you feel about the actual projectors or headlight housing on your ST3...but you surely don't NEED a new headlight housing in order to run new lights and ballasts.

There are some sources you can look at for the new ballasts and lights along with harnesses.

Re: HID and DRL Lights for Focus

Hi Guys, been observing this thread for a while. I am tempted to grab a pair of these lights on Ebay. Does anyone know whether they would be suitable for RHD. I have a Red Ford Focus Diesel Sport. If so I would be interested in a group buy as well.

Hello fellow Aussie.

Benefit of these over eBay is the testing has been done for you. There is nothing specifically stating they aren't suitable for our RHD cars. I haven't got my set yet but will post my results.
