Now the only thing I need to do is replace the stock air tube and replace it with an aftermarket air tube. I wonder if I disconnect the battery for a night and see if the computer will relearn itself with the new add ons and see if that makes a difference, or will that be more of an issue. If I'm mistaken don't these cars have an active learning system depending on driving style.

That dual exhaust looks real good! On the intake, with the side of the airbox "open" there's not going to be water getting sucked in when driving in a rain?

U should take out the small resonator, it's not really a resonator at all, just an expansion Chamber, no baffles

@ Artex, I has only rain where I'm at maybe a couple times and the air box has been dry every time. I was concerned with the same thing.

@ boostdfocus, I was going to wait on removing the resonator until the muffler was finally broken in, as right now I've put maybe a rough guestoment 75 miles. I can tell the muffler is kind of getting a little louder but not by much. I shall see how much louder it gets by time my next oil change, and then make a decision then.

I'm trying to way my options here, I'm leaning towards FSWorks header, maybe the Cosworth complete head kit and cams, and there performance intake manifold. But I haven't decided to pull the trigger just yet. That might be a little later down the road on that.

But I'm trying to get my hands on 12-13 Mazadaspeed 3 hood, and a spare focus hood so I can take hood scoop and graph it to the focus hood. And try to fabricate a custom ram air hood. And the cost of both hoods combine is the same price as a fair to nice set of wheels.

Mine has a muffler delete right now and removing that little expansion Chamber made very little difference in the sound

You do realize these parts are not for the 2012+ Focus, right?

Damn, well there goes that idea. I thought it was the right engine, cause when I did a search for any performance parts for the 12 that was the top search item. So after reading your post I went back to see and sure enough your right.

And here I was thinking that was the correct motor. That would have been a great set up to put it in the 12, NA motor that produced the same amount of power and torque as the ST. Well, back to the old drawing board.
