Sedan or Hatchback?

Hello again People of FocusFanatics,

So I have a general question regarding Ford Foci. I know that beauty is in the beholder, but as far as opinions are concerned, what do you like more and why? Hatchbacks or Sedans? I'm just curious is all.

I myself prefer Hatchbacks. I love the "ladybug" look of them and if I had the money I would be driving one right now. However, I do love Foci sedans (since that's what I drive), and it would take a lot for me to drive something else.

Thanks

Dakota

Hatch is really useful. Like a tiny minivan.
The trunk passthrough in a sedan makes it more able to carry bigger stuff. But not near the extent of a hatch.

IMHO for curb appeal mk1

sedan>wagon>3dr>5dr

That list would be re-organized for functionality if I only had one vehicle and it was a focus.

current gen I do not like the look of the mk3 sedan compared to the hatches at all.

The ford focus is european inspired hot-hatch...in most trims it doesnt qualify for the hot part but its still best in hatch form

Hatchback all the way. I wish I would have looked harder to try to find the 1st gen hatch with the 2.3L.

Mk1 should be a hatchback.
Mk1.5 should be a sedan.
Mk2 doesn't matter because there's no difference in style.
Mk3 should be a hatchback.
