You should not see a loss of MPG by gaining HP other then you will have to keep your foot out of your new found HP lol

Some Foci will always make more or less then others as no 2 Foci are the same so they will also respond diff to tuning

Also some tuning shops like to do .... lets say unrealistic dyno # to push sales of tunes , just because you see a dyno of goon # dont think those are the # you will see because in most cases you wont

I just want to know what the software can do. I want to be able to turn off the stupid nannies. Is that an option at this point? Don't really care about the horsepower gains; I need the nannies off so I can take the car on track safely.

Okay thank you very much! That's good to hear about the mileage. This will use the X3 tuner, right? Would we be able to backup the stock (even if it's just on the computer), and cycle between maximum fuel efficiency and maximum power tunes?
What type of tune will you be doing?

Anyone who is complaining is crazy. I haven't seen 177whp on the stock exhaust manifold is solid. Imagine tuning with a header, (and more time to fine tune) should be solid.

FF brings another option for tuning to the forum and suddenly SCT quits dragging their feet. Imagine that.

I think that the numbers offered are pretty decent considering the fact that we are talking a NA 2.0. It's still a 10% increase by simply better fuel and calibrations.

That being said, as a consumer I will wait to see what Injected is about to offer. I'm not going to bash SCT or try and play up Injected, but the market is no longer cornered and very soon there will be options. I understand that SCT had their own reasons for not getting a tune out until now and I respect that. Hopefully they can respect my decision to weigh my options.

There doesn't need to be a bunch of animosity here. We all know the past here; how about we concentrate on the future? This is just the opening of the door and there will be more information and changes in the near future.
Wise words.

To tell the truth my mileage has improved with the tune. Power delivery is nice and smooth all the way up to red line.

SCT has been working on this well before Injected posted offerings. I would know lol

Also I would like to say thanks to Blivit, for reaching out and allowing me to help with this project.

Hooray for SCT!

And anyone who complains about the "low" numbers, feel free to shut up.

If you want giant gains from something as simple as a tune, then go buy a car with a turbo. Fact of life.

Those of you who already have mods, you should rejoice because those of us who are actually familiar with SCT and cars in general know that tuning a car after you've already modified it will yield even larger gains over stock.

I won't make any pointed personal attacks, but some of you sound like complete ignoramuses when your butts land on the keyboard.

^^ Exactly, the only cars with numbers close that were running a header with no tune. Imagine a header with a tune? 185whp+? maybe 190whp? not bad...
