FSwerks or Magnaflow

Leaning towards the Magnaflow but can't find stats on it as far as tube dia. Either the Magnaflow or the FSwerks stealth.

Anybody know the tubing dia of the Magnaflow?
Anybody know which of the 2 is louder?

I like the price difference of the FSWerks.

Will the FSwerks stealth bolt upto their header or do modifications need to be made to accommodate it or the Magnaflow?

Magnaflow's cat back exhaust kit is 2.25" diameter piping vs the 2.5" of the FSwerks.

None of the aftermarket headers for the 2003-2011 or so duratec are designed for the 2012+. There are people who have run them, but you would need to buy a new one, or modify the existing wide band up stream oxygen sensor as without this you risk running too lean and burning the motor up.

This has happened to some one on the forum who now needs to pay to replace the engine on their own.

Personally I'd vote for the Magnaflow if you were going with a kit, the FSwerks stealth droned too much for my tastes, but everyone is different.

I happen to like the o.e. ST cat back exhaust that I've got, but not everyone can find one for so little money to get almost the same bang factor as the FS werks due to the 2.5" piping.

I am wondering this same question myself. I am leaning toward the magnaflow because I have always had good luck with them in the past but the FSwerks exhaust does have a bigger pipe and is cheaper. Hmmm.....

I have the FSWERKS Race unit. So far, it's served me greatly.

The stealth is quieter because it has an extra resonator. There's a thread somewhere about how they don't stay quiet though, and get loud after the burn in. I wanted something quiet and went with magnaflow.
