As far as I know its just the Ti Handling pkg. And idk if that would be enough or not, someone will find out eventually!

I'm pretty sure only the Titaniums get the stops. S and SE's have a better turning radius. I think.......

No, they all have limiters, however the ones on the S are the smallest due to the 15" wheels, then the 16" and 17" racks have slightly bigger limiters, and the 18"s the biggest limiters.
