A/c Control problem zx3

Hi all, when i turn on the fan for air/heat the ac light turns on. If i have the fan on when i turn the car off and turn it back on the ac light comes back on and i have to turn it off. How do i stop this from happening? thanks in advanced!

The A/C will auto engage if you are set to blow air thru defrost or feet+defrost. This is to remove moister from the car so your windshield will not fog up... To stop this, set the switch to blow air at your face or just feet. If you want to disable this you can always run a switch from the A/C relay to control it's output. However I don't recommend this, especially if you don't have experience with wiring.
