Niiice, I'd love to see this here as Nissan versa competition (starting at a mere $12,000), I don't mind the escort name, except for the fact my mk1 "replaced" it... and it coming back doesn't look good for the mk3

The Escort still has a popular following here,as that car was the first car for a lot of drivers back in the day. And even though production ended back in 2002,I still see some last generation models(1997-2002) still running around. On top of that,many of those Escorts didn't have the dropped valve issues in their SPI engines unlike the Focus did!

I like it. It looks better in the photographs that Ghia posted. Only thing I don't like is the corporate grille on the front. It's too large. Looks like it could fit on the new Transit.
