Question SVT Clutch/Transmission

Help: I have recently purchased a 2002 SVT Focus and the car is a lot of fun but.... Once the car is in gear (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th) and the clutch is released and I am only pressing the gas it sometimes revs up to 5000 rpms and then feels like it grabs (very smooth) and takes off. There car has 120k on it and the orginal owner said she did replace the clutch around 60k to 70k.

Does anyone have anythoughts on this issue? Other than this the car runs perfect!

Transmission

Change clutch pressure plate pilot bearing and clutch release bearing.

Is this easy to do or is it expensive?
