Clunk Noise while turning at low speeds

2002 Focus se 2.0 DOHC

I am getting a clunking sound when i turn in to a driveway or parking spot. Its not everytime but loud enough to know something is wrong. depending on which way i was turning when i hear the noise, the car will then slightly pull that direction. Then if i turn into a parking spot the other direction, the car will then pull that way. So far i have replaced struts and strut mounts, all motor mounts, end links, and rack and pinion, all of which were bad so no money wasted, but i am now stumped as to why it would still be clunking. Some forums point to lower control arms/ball joints which i have not replaced. Thoughts?

I had a similar clunking noise and when I had my oil changed at the dealer ( 2 years free with the deal when i bought it used) I ask the mechanic to take a quick look and he said my sway bar end-links were wore out. might be a place to look next....

The standard item is usually the ball joints for a low speed clunk when turning wheels.
