1.) AWARD goes to Aaron for the hardest I have EVER laughted at something on this board.
2.) Man, All my favorite focus women getting dirty washing cars....man I'm all a quiver
3.) Seriously, I use a very soft brush on most of the car, as it doesn't risk holding onto dirt and scratching ( most of the detail guys I know start with a wash brush), then I have a seperate brush for the wheels, it doesn't even go into the water until the rest of the car is done, then I do the wheels, also, I'm pretty picky about my soap, using meguires gold at the moment, I like it, though some others are also great ( and some suck)

I use a rag on the rims, a brush on the tires and a micro lambskin sponge mitt thing on the body.

I start on the roof, then work around in 3 layers. Roof, pillars and glass, then doors center body, hood and hatch, then third the lower body etc.

I use all Mothers products.

I usually wash at the local DIY car wash. Sometimes I go to AutoMagic. Sometimes I go to a friend's house and use his powersprayer. Does anyone else use a shammy to dry their car off or is it just me?

Yes, I like to wach both vehicles. And when I go to the do-it-yourself bay at the carwash, those stupid "bubble brushes" NEVER touch either one of them.

Dri-wash, anyone use it? It's a waterless car wash.

Eh, my car has some little scratchies but whatever.. she's still a beaut.

(I live in a complex also now so can't really wash it myself, but when I lived at home I didn't mind washing her at all.)

I just pay $5.00 and go to a good auto detail/wash place and just sit in the car while 5 guys wash her up. Then they dry her... clean and polish the rims for me for free. I love freebies
How easy is that!? lol

i use a sponge for my car, when i do it by hand. when its cold out i usually just run it through a touchless wash at a local gas station.

i am looking forward to washing my baby by hand again though. its getting warm outside, and i think that is a great way to spend part of a morning.
